Fenn Tower, a historic residence hall on the campus of Cleveland State University, was rehabilitated to create 175 apartment-style student housing units. The building also includes two fully restored historic ballrooms, and was adapted to incorporate new offices, a business center, a 60-seat theatre, lounge areas and retail spaces on the lower levels.
